I & E Lath Mill, Inc. has been doing business in Philo, California since it's conception in 1955 by Norman Island. Since then it has manufactured more redwood lattice than any other company, and continues to be the largest redwood lattice manufacturer each year. Along with lattice I & E also manufactures bender board, lath, redwood stakes, snow fence and industrial cut stock. Sustainability is an ever present concern at I & E.
